I'm trying to figure out exactly what it is, but every initial idea I have comes up blank.
Before I picked it up I figured it was just some department store special, but it's a lot nicer than I expected. Frame is surprisingly light compared to other old gaspipe bikes I've had, nice looking lugs and cottered cranks.
I haven't measured the bottom bracket, but I don't know how much that would narrow it down either.
But I figure someone here might notice something else identifying about it
