Here's my old Cannondale. It's a Franck Roman Signature Model from the mid 90th with Shimano Deore XT 8-spd crankset, front and rear derailleur shifted with Sachs grip shifters, a Rock Shox Quadra 21R tuned with "Wings" springs and a "Citec" straight pull aero spoke wheelset that uses XT 8-speed inners like axles, cones bearrings and the freehub stuff in their citec own housing.
My biggest chainring and the XT spider cassette are pretty worn out and really need to be replaced, but i could yet not find an original XT chainring.
The system is shifted by GoreTex sealed shifting cables that work flawlessly since i put them on back in 1996.
Brakes are Magura HS33 silver line with brake boosters rear and front. Seatpost and stem from Synchros, steerer from coda
It is a blazingly fast and well accelerating bike and i used it as a daily commuter to my job and back home, cycling through Berlin in Germany 45 kilometers every day no matter how the weather was.
It served me well and the wheelset is super rigid and i never needed to true them a single time.
I will post more pics from the wheelsets hubs for those who don't know them. They look great.
