regs say an experimental aircraft absolutely cannot be used for compensation or hire, except a letter of deviation authority may be issued for flight training purposes. that's it
and if you want a type certified gyro, you're either buying antiques from the 60s for which parts and mechanics are hard to come by, or you're shelling out $120k for one of the fancy new euro gyros. but if you look at what 120k will buy you in terms of a plane, i think the gyro is a good chunk overpriced
but even if you did this, you could only carry one passenger. and drones pretty much killed the aerial photography game
