Higher spoke count doesn't really bother me, I doubt I'm losing even a whole watt by having 32 instead of 28 on a disc rim, and I already picked up the rims and hubs. I'm just looking to optimise the actual spokes. I found a good deal on some of those DT spokes you recommended, including some aerolites - any experience with those?
I'm 85kg and would have a maximum of 15-20kg extra on the wheels including the frame, food, water and full dress. I don't really need giga-strong spokes and 32 is pretty high anyway. What DT Swiss would you go with or are disc wheels out of your experience, and would you mix lighter stretchier spokes on non-driveside with sturdier on ds?
