the Condor's a fuckin' weirdass bar. Risey-droopy bars, so you can slam dat stem but still have your hood comfortably high. Extra-shallow drop so you can spend more time in the drops pretending to be pro without hurting your back. Super-ultra short reach so you can use a stem that's longer than than the dick on the dude fuckin' your wife.
The only legit reason I can think of for the Condor is the extra-short reach and mild rise makes it easier to dropbar-swap a frame meant for flat bars - no need to find a weird super short/high rise stem. But honestly, I think I'd prefer a limp-dick stem and a regular drop bar instead of that abomination the Merry Sales folks found in a dark corner of the Taipei International Cycle Show.
