And if they pass the exams at the end of the classes they can have a go at a practical exam which if passes gets them a Bicycle Pass (or a license). Children below 18 year old must be in possession of a valid bicycle pass to cycle on public roads.
Otherwise they're limited to bike paths and walkways.
It also grants you the priviledge to drive a horse-drawn vehicle on public roads too for some reason.
