Look I kinda agree, we should have more bikes with full body/frame protection cage/armor.
But there's also those plastic motor bike body armor body suits, that look like military armor or batman/Iron man or junk.
And there's portable airbags.
People seem to assume bikes have to be more dangerous/risky, but do they?
Look every one looks at lot of trucks made in last 10 or 20 years, and they seem more like tanks.They get more armor, and bigger "ram/ protection" grills, and they can bulldoze everything.
Maybe we should try to enhance our bikes a bit more?
Surely some people might want it?
