At the station, all surface parking should be banned, making way to a spacious Bike&Ride site. As public transportation for Wittlaer, Kaiserswerth etc. would induce demand for more housing along the way and thus destroy the character of the region, biking will become the main mode of transportation to the station. New, safe and pleasant bike paths to all surrounding settlements should be made.
