i've never seen this kind of guide before. it's smooth enough with some oil through it but not super smooth. I'd like to change it but I don't even understand how to do that. It seems like little wierd end caps on just regular cable housing but iunno.
Also fuck yeah Cinelli bottom bracket shell. I never noticed that. Makes me feel better about using the big dumb Cinelli stem.
