>>1327728yeah, andean patagonia is beautiful and definetily bikefriendly, specially from late spring to early autumn. and distances between towns or campsites are not too long so is great for biketouring/packing. scenery is incredible.
i've toured also coastal patagonia, wich is beautiful but extremely harsh, a coastal desert vast, windy and dry as mars.
also the northwest of argentina, that goes from high altitude desertic plains (the puna), to astounding mountain ranges with rock formations from other planets, to low mountains wet forest in a matter of a few km. very difficult climbs, harsh weather, but definetely a must.
