Personally I wouldn't go out of my way to do that swap, I'd only do it if I had a cheap 27.5 wheelset laying around or something like that. This idea of bigger wheels being "better" is kind of a meme anyway, yes for capability on rough terrain that's true, but it also makes a bike less maneuverable and arguably less fun. It's a tradeoff, not objectively better like the bike industry would have you believe.
