At least in Europe, it's never the rail part that gets plans for subway lines canceled. It's the tunnels & elevated structures because they cost a shitload of money and stuff has to be demolished to make place for them. Why go through all that pain to use it for BUSES? Chinks and south americans explain yourselfs.
