They tell you to put carbon paste in there or something? Or just pull them back up when they slip? i'm not fucking doing that. That's racer shit... carbon paste. Also the bolt is about to fucking snap.
Yeah that part pissed me off. Bosco bars. The fucking space in front of the lever with the cloth tape is bullshit too. And there is wasted space due to the slope on the rise section.
BUT I did very much enjoy super-upright riding on a different bar. So there is something to it. Terrible for wind obviously but with the right bike it feels pretty cool. Fat tires, big saddle.. all the hits go to your butt. Unracer opened my mind a bit. There is definitely a specific flavor of fun that comes with an upright slow cruiser kind of bike
