I've uped my cycling to around 30 miles a day, 5-6 days a week with an avg of 16mph and 90 cadence . According to Stava I'm burning around 1200 cal per ride. I know some people spoke about nutrition so I was looking into what my daily cal intake should be and it said around 2600 (I'm 5'5, 132 pounds, 27 years old) to maintain my current weight. Cycling is the only exercise I do and I work a desk job. If I'm burning only 1200 per ride why would I need to take in 2600 it seem like quite a lot. I've also always found eating to be a chore and I've never been a large eater. Even when I splurge and get fast food I would say I'm hardly taking in 2000 much less 2600. What the fuck should I do? I've ordered some soylent to help out but even on that I think it will be very hard to hit that mark.
