My city has always been so sprawled, but lately there's been a slew of large projecst all announced within a few blocks of each other. It's like injecting a large amount of high-income density where previously there was very little.
I think researchers should/will research what happens in Birmingham in the next several years. The change in density this fast will be interesting.
