The graphic designer told me that since the gold and silver jerseys are a different style than our Voler jerseys, it wouldn't work out as well with the blue going all the way to the collar. Whereas with the gen 1 jerseys, the piece of fabric used as the sleeve goes all the way to the collar (like the bronze Podium jerseys), the gold and silver jerseys are a different style, more like a t-shirt where the sleeves don't continue that far up. He described that doing it the way we had invisioned on that type of jersey would be "faking" it and he doesn't think it would look good. And considering this is his job, he knows the jersey styles really well, I am kind of inclined to trust his judgement here. He added the FAST text to the shoulders still which makes it look less boxxy/empty. So if we accept his revision, then pic related will be what the gold and silver jerseys look like.
