Is it normal to have weak legs when you first start cycling? I've been at it for over a week now and usually cruise in 50/21 for all of my zone 2 rides.
Also, how the fuck do you guys eat so much??? After my first long ride I was like 2,000 calories short of my TDEE at the end of the day. Even on days when I'm only burning 1,000 calories it's hard to eat enough.
