Squeezing on the front brake was basically nothing nothing nothing OH SHIT, and the bike in general didn't feel quite as nicely balanced and agile as the Ultegra rim brake version.
Biggest problem with the CAAD12 Ultegra was that the stock brake pads are fucking trash and need immediate replacement. Dunno why Shimano ships brakes with such shitty pads. The wheels would need to be upgraded but that's typical of any bike. Shimano's hood and lever shape leaves something to be desired for me, and the front shifting is good but not ideal. If I buy it I'll probably convert it to Chorus with Neutrons.
