The most agile bike I have is a motherfucking folding bike. The smaller wheels have less of a gyroscopic effect and you can make extremely tight turns at lower speeds. the 40mm, 22 inch tires allow very quick braking.
Of course, it's not very good for things like jumping around. But if that is your idea of agility, then go for a mountainbike or pic related.
