The other reason was that Eurovelo 1's suggestions are abysmal, and add a whole lot of pointless detours I'm not interested in. So instead, through Setubal, and onwards to Montijo. I am a little sad since I wont do a photo stop at Cristo Rei, maybe when I'm on my day off in Lisbon. But I've been there before.
