The launch table is being built in a hangar somewhere. It should be much further along than the first one when it gets installed. The Texas one has had numerous major redesigns AFTER it was lifted as more and more issues arose during testing. They learned a lot from that one.
I think its doing a lot more than a typical launch pad does. It has 20 engine disconnects for engine pre-chill and startup. They were going to start the 13 engines using onboard fuel/oxygen and helium tanks (because that needs to be able to happen for boost back), but now those will be started from the OLM as well so reduce number of COPVs on the booster (B9 has less than B9) to save weight.
