what makes you think you need a full suspension bike? If you want to get a mtb at that price, get a hardtail, you're getting a better bike. Less stuff to break, since there's no rear suspension everything else can get more attention and care.
You don't need a full suspension bike if your on dirt paths. Unless by dirt paths you mean rough black diamond singletrack and i'm also gonna be launching off jumps
A hardtail will do rough stuff fine
a hybrid or cyclocross bike will go offroad fantastically as well but aren't a good choice if you're going to be on rough singletrack like pic related, or anything where you have lots of obstacles like roots or rocks you're slamming over
also go in the bike buying general next time
