The city decided that it was a good idea to create a highway system with a speed limit of 60kph over mangroves and slum area only to connect a fuckhuge mall to the rest of the city.
The entrance to get into this causes major traffic on two lane roads and the exist is literally into the mall, where you have to make extra turns to get back into the streets to get to the center of the city.
Not to mention that once you exit the highway, you are dealing with highway traffic + mall traffic + neighborhood traffic all into a single 2 lane road. reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
