It's not a freedom if you can't choose to live without one. Living in a european town is the true redpill. I can walk to a nice restaurant, to the supermarket or to the farmer market, take my kids to the forest or walk a nice meadow trail all within a 1km radius. And bike to work because the infrastructure is nice.
