Since then it works as a normal aerial tram with two cabins that cross each other, meeting exactly at the intermediate station (which closed some years ago because of low patronage). The middle station had to be at the exact middle of the line so that all four cabins would stop at their station: one in each terminus, two at the intermediate station.
