They're standard width. I'd say my feet are slightly wider than average so I got one US size up from what my foot length would indicate and they're great. Didn't advertise minimalism or barefoot, but the sole is flat, thin, and flexible. Maybe you can find something similar. Just from a quick search the "Nike SB" line, "Converse Chuck Taylor" line, and "Vans classic" seem promising.
If you have particularly wide or unusual feet you might want to go to a specialist to get your feet precisely measured and then get custom shoes.
Honestly if it's warm enough and the environment doesn't require an enclosed shoe, I'd just go with some nice slippers.
