so I've started to work as a bike courier, which requires me to ride one handed a lot so i can check navigation with my other.
Last night I was in a lot of pain coming from my left forearm radiating up to my elbow. I'm guessing it's some sort of carpal tunnel like nerve pain or something. It's a bit better today but I'm going to have to take it easy for a couple of days.
Is there any way I can prevent this from happening? Stretches, bike setup wise or anything? Anything about cycling related wrist pain is appreciated.
