However a lot of people will take the pedals off, and then legally they become considered motorcycles. One of my neighbours drove one of these e-mopeds with the pedals off while drunk and got hit with a DUI + driving without registration + driving without insurnace all because this moron took the pedals off
Anyway if you're under 250lbs I recommend pic rel if it's legal in your area. Maybe even a traditional e-bike. If you're >250lbs your range will be like 5-10 km.
