>cellphone>money>id>map>camera>sunglasses>gummybears, trail mixas you can see i over-packed a bit. i never needed any of the extra shoes, rode in my doc martens plus thermal socks, the were warm even when they were wet.
as far as clothes go, i didn't need the long pants, i rode in shorts but at one point wearing 2 jackets at once when it was raining, so jacket seems more important than pants, your legs don't get cold, even in the rain. and i carried my thinkpad because i don't have a smartphone, so there's 2kg extra.
