All of the past world aerobatic champions are white, all but 2-3 current airshow performers are white. The US advanced and unlimited teams are all white.
If you let diversity dictate the market, aviation could hardly be more of a cesspool than it is now.
Compare this to healthcare -- doctors have to do a grueling residency, they are interacting with patients every day ,in some cases times their patients die no matter what they do, they have a higher suicide rate than the general population. Nursing has some of the same challenges, yet is a career that has traditionally been accessible to single mothers.
The average for-profit airline pilot is a fucking dumbass, can't fly for shit, no theoretical knowledge, doesn't have to interact with anybody besides other pilots. What are you complaining about?
