Canti’s were toast, swapped to v brakes, shifters were cracked so I put different shifters on. Waiting for a pin spanner to replace the bb with a cartridge one
But otherwise it’ll stay 3x7, original bars, different saddle
How much headset play is too much?
It was bad when I got it, idk how long it was ridden like that, I didn’t see any visible damage when I redid the headset but even comfortably tight now, there’s the slightest wiggle
