>>1709968you need at least a basic torque wrench. boomers who say they can do it by feel are deluded, it's barely sufficient to do it with steel bolts on steel frames, on aluminium, carbon or titanium you NEED a torque wrench. and at least a $10 hex key set, not some $2 keychain bullshit. and various other tools. don't build your own wheels unless you have a good reason to build custom wheels and want to go full autismo with the theory of wheelbuilding and get the proper tools like a truing stand and a spoke tension meter. get prebuilt wheels from a reputable brand like dt swiss.
