>>1396472My commute is only 5 miles each way in a city and is completely flat. Not much braking and I rarely change gear. It’s 9 speed and I probably will need a new cassette soon as that one gear I use must be worn as hell. I do degrease and lubricator every couple of months and keep it inside.
I have tightened the gear cable a couple of times now I think about it but the brakes are hydraulic.
