The E-bike part of the spec is reasonable for the price. The bike part of the deal is not spectacular but also not the worst.
As a relatively inexpensive e-bike, it is also less of a loss if it gets stolen.
I think you picked a reasonable set of compromises and did not fuck yourself as badly as you easily could have.
