Anyone have training tips for distance cycling? I'm currently biking 30-60k with about 400m climbing per day. Longest ride I've done was 100k with 900m climbing.
I'd like to do something like a 200k with 2k climbing to start with and eventually work up to 300k, 400k, etc.
Should I focus on adding distance daily? Doing fewer, but longer rides? Focus more on elevation gain than distance?
