>>1152979I've found something of interest for those of us who have to settle for Linoleum, Hardwood and Carpet or dining room table temporary layouts. Its a grass battle mat that is basically faux fur died to look like grass. The sell it in 4'x6' sections and you can "shave' roads into it with clippers. Its probably a bit too deep for HO but it would be perfect for waist high grass in O and fairly short grass for G. You could buy fake fur and dye it yourself or buy bit from a company called Killing Fields.
