I went through the woods at one time, ended up in the woods alone for 5 hours with 1 bottle of water and 3 snickers bars. You can say that I paniced a bit when my water was gone.
Now I have 3x 1 liter bottles, the 3rd one is never empty and only there for emergency and I refill the 2 others everytime I hit a store/town.
