>>2055653>>2055654Unfortunately the owner lives 10 hours away. I did a bit of research myself and asked for pictures for common areas where accidents can leave some common dead giveaways. Nothing is 100% for sure, but here's what I can see
>shiftersBoth look fine. No cracks, no deep trenches or dents, cover is also intact. A few light scratches yes but nothing that would indicate it was involved in a big crash. Looks more like damage sustained from just leaning the bike.
>frameScratches, same overall situation as the shifters.
>groupsetScratches, no insane rust, gears don't look worn down. There's some wear, yes, but again nothing which I think needs immediate replacement.
There is one thing that concerns me, see bottom two pictures. Owner insists that he has never done any repairs.
Should I get myself a new frame? Or can some alloy frames come with what I can only describe as weld marks? The paint does match for what it's worth.
Frame is Canyon Endurace AL R056, I can't find a picture on google showing the left side of the frame.
