My current bike is a Mekk Pave Al which is a budget gravel bike with tiagra components and mechanical disk brakes. It has a more road like geometry and only 33mm of tire clearance.
This Felt has a more upright geometry which I think would suit my long distance offroad riding better. It also has the GRX groupset, hydraulic brakes, and mounts for racks. Also 45mm of tire clearance with the ability to take 650b wheels.
Is this a worthwhile upgrade? I could probably get $650 for my current bike resale or could keep it for road riding. Thoughts?
