I'm not exactly sure what year that is. Those ht 'triangles' decals ended in 1990, and 1991 had a 'gear w/ one triangle'. I think that 'level'/spec was only 89, 90... and red isn't one of the colors.
Not trying to dog you, but it's second from the bottom in the lineup. Something like 7 of 8, or 8 of 9, depending on the year. Not valuable, outside the enjoyment you can have from it.

Afaik, the 1990 Sport Runners didn't have the STB tubing. Some oldie on bikeforums says something similar. Over the years I've picked up a bunch of good info from him, a guy named T-Mar.
