>>1901291Something I recommended to my buddies that helped with their iPads (and I also do to any tablet I use) is ditch the crazy cases, get a minimalist clamp-style mount, and put reflective heat tape on the back of the tablet. My tablet has never given up in the desert, but did give me heat warnings a few times, something that stopped when I put the gold heat tape on the back of it. Helps keep the black case from just absorbing all of that sunlight.
