>>1809299Even though it looks fucking bunched up with some people probably looking at a sea of grey flat roofs beneath them according to what information I can find the neighborhood still takes up like three quarters of an acre per property (originally 532 properties on 410 acres, not sure whether properties were combined or split since its founding). In other words single story bungalows will never be space efficient, and ironically if you had consistently built three story houses with roof terraces everyone would still have the same view from their roof.
