I'm not asking for much, I'd be fine with a small-ish space, I could probably get accommodated on entire property smaller than the average new construction's interior floor space, all I'm asking for is it's decently visually and acoustically shielded from the neighbors by vegetation, the permitting process is made less of a monumental pain in the ass and the entire house is one structurally integral unit that can be lifted onto the back of an oversize transport and driven away if I ever need to move.
