Resurrecting this thing that was sitting out in the elements for years, the chain rusted solid and fork elastomers turned to goo. Surprisingly, the derailleurs and brakes work just fine after being cleaned up and lubed, plus a new cable for the rear, and just rebuilt the fork today. What kind of tires would be good for basic trails, mostly hard packed dirt interspersed with gravel, with occasional rocks and tree roots?
