It's still a revolutionary low price, but it's not 1/9 of Shuttle's price.
However, it looks like SpaceX will be the cheapest option for orbital flights for a long time. Boeing's Starliner that is supposed to launch in July costs $90 million per astronaut and that's it, no other American launch options. To make it even funnier, another SpaceX vehicle may bring the price even lower, that vehicle is obviously Starship, but it'll take years before they make it man-rated.
