I kinda have to fiddle with it a bit, bringing one of them Closer to the rim and messing with the tension screw a bit. Then, just barely, I get a pretty good advantage. Doesn't seem like the best though.
So my question is how do you know that h n it's time to get a new set of brakes? I grabbed this bike used, so it could just be time to replace the front ones.
