3x9 but considering switching to a 1x9 or 2x9. The front derailleur is a little wonky. Its to close to the frame and I have trouble getting to the large ring which I rarely use anyway.

Need a new set of gravel tires and slicks.

I want to replace the front brake cable hanger. Its a bit to close to the stem and the angle is to tight for the cable to move smoothly.

Going to add new brake pads and bar tape.
