Shops can only get shit from certain suppliers, and those suppliers have been sold out of everything for a year. Bike-focused online stores (like jensonusa) or amazog probably have anything you need, just be sure to buy from actual good brands and don't be tempted by the chinkshit versions of the same tool that cost a tenth as much and will destroy your bike. Failing that try ebay too, it's not just used crap.
