are these the most redpilled spd shoes or what
prove me wrong
i want basically a road cycling shoe but with spd and suitable for walking to and from the garage and for walking a mile or so on city sidewalks in the unlikely event of getting a flat tire
i was sold on fizik terra powerstrap x4 but then i found this french review and the comment section brought me to the mavic cosmic boa spd (i didn't know to look into mavic shoes)
https://bike-cafe.fr/2019/09/des-chaussures-de-gravel-qui-font-scratch/>same price as terra x4/x5 and just a touch more expensive than tempo r5>stiffness level 80 (entry level road shoes: 50, top tier race shoe: 100)>mavic shoe weight is the true weight including the insole so they're lighter than they get credit for>probably lowish stack height because they claim "low profile for optimal foot positioning", they don't specify the stack height but fizik shoes have a reputation for having a slightly higher stack than others so i believe them>tread pattern isn't very aggressive/spiky/chonky so they don't look out of place on the street
