>>1519382For what it's worth they're not very big locos, not sure if they're built to the UK loading gauge or not but they're not that much bigger if they aren't. (I think they might be built to a standard that's the same as the UK one but taller?) US locos are a lot bigger than UK or Euro ones and would look a lot more natural hauling a train that size.
